We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received your digital certificate yet. Here are a few steps to help troubleshoot:
- Check your inbox or spam folder for an email from no-reply@bindlesystems.com with a subject line of “Certificate waiting” or “Bindle certificate waiting”
- Your My Bindle account needs to be created with the same email account where this message was received.
- If you have to set up a new account see the information below about backing up your existing wallet in case you ever need access to it again. Please note that once you select a recovery password for an account it cannot be changed. Store it in a safe place or you’ll lose access to this account completely.
- When setting up your new account you may need to leave the optional phone number field blank.
- Your My Bindle account needs to be created with the same email account where this message was received.
- If you didn’t receive an email then contact your healthcare provider to confirm that they are part of the Bindle network.
- If they are, check to make sure the email address they have on file is the same one that you used when creating your My Bindle account.
- If they aren’t yet a partner in the Bindle network, then please ask them to contact us. In the meantime, see below for how to upload a self-attested lab result.
