Your recovery password is at least 12 characters long with 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 special character. Maybe this prompt helps a little, if not, keep reading.
Bindle does not have access to your recovery password. This was by design for security and privacy reasons. Your information is encrypted and stored on blockchain and the encryption key is secured within your device so that only you can access it.
Once the recovery password is set up, we do not yet offer the ability to update or change it in any way. This is also a security measure to prevent fraudulent use or access to your account.
If you are unable to remember your password, you can set up a new account with a different email address. If you go this route, we recommend leaving your phone number blank this time.
This new account won’t have access to your previous digital certificates but will allow you to receive and store new ones.
Then, going forward, be sure to provide this updated email address to any healthcare providers so that they can publish digital certificates to your Bindle wallet.
